You got potential, you just need:

1: more easing,

2: ALOT less blood, it's not very realistic how they just explode blood rather than have small splats, squirts, or stains.

3: You should work on basic movements and stuff before you move on to full legnth stuff.

But don't get me wrong you are good.

I like blood xD but it really depends on what kind of animation, zombies are more blood, things like that.

But, I'm Dutch, so I have no idea what easing is, can you explain it?

And last, I could make some move test, punches, kicks, jumps, things like that!

I think the blood is fine, but making the stick figures disappear into blood is kinda unrealistic. easing is difficult to explain, you should look up a tutorial because it's almost too much to explain, but if you do use more easing it will make all your movements look better.
