I have a glasses like that one. CAn u show me how to pop in my lense if my plastic frame broke? of course into a new plastic frame.

its probably a good idea to heat the frame before bending it, especially putting pressure on the hinge, there is a good chance it could snap. also there could be more than one reason the frame alignment is crooked. a lot of people's ears are not symmetrical or even the temples could be too tight around the ears where they curve and could be pushing the frame out on an angle etc.

It's important to note that this adjustment is for a slight adjustment of the temple. (like a millimeter or two.) Anything else would require an optical center to do the adjustment because they have to heat the frame and bend the plastic.

I hate those frames i wore those frames in fifth grade this is way back in 97 before they were cool. and i got made fun of cuz i looked like a nerd, I wont ever wear those frames again. Kurt Cobain wore those glasses too

omg i had jst accidentally stepped on my glasses and they were crooked so i panicked, so i quickly searched this up on youtube and found this, wow it rlly helped i was very happy about how my glasses were easily fixed jst like this :)

That's a great way to SNAP your hinges. Don't do this, people. This "doctor" isn't very intelligent.

That totally helped! One ear is slightly lower and is a constant irritant. Thanks for taking away the mystery and giving me confidence adjusting such a fragile expensive item.
