"Muscle Is The NEW Sexy" -- that's funny. There's actually been a very gradual trend toward acceptance of the two realities: (1) women have a right to look sexy (tell that to the Islamists!), and (2) muscular women look sexier than couch potatoes or concentration-camp survivors (aka fashion models). Go back 100+ years to some of Edison's earliest vids--muscular women, very sexy!
@ibm650 I guess you don't pay close attention to TODAY'S media attention toward what the ideal woman is. When you have other women calling you "manly" because you're atheletic, that does not show a trend towards an acceptance of a "muscular" physique. Even the smallest degree of muscularity in women is looked down upon. Look at the hoopla over Cameron Daiz's appearance and she's not even that muscular. I prefer going against the grain & just rockin what you got.
I like your workout routine, but what is your eating habits like, because you could workout as hard as you like but if your nurtition isn't on point you would get little gains, so could you tell me what is your diet like? breakfast lunch dinner, I'll greatly appreicated thanks
love these exercises - esp the cross lunge -- is this a good move for addresssing weak ham-glute tie-ins? that and saddlebags are my nemesis! Excited to try this today! WOOHOO
@okorolina Thanks. All of the exercises in the video can help strengthen the legs/glutes etc. But the number one thing that's going to affect the body fat in those areas (like saddlebags etc) is a clean diet. You can never out train a bad diet! So include these and also look to your nutrition to really see the results you want.
Nice video. Love the new series and the production in good. Tip: The jump cuts (transitions) are jarring. Try using a cross dissolve, morph or intentional graphic with spin... Looking forward to more videos.
