I remember this episode. The motorcycle guy ends up contracting HIV, and getting AIDS, and people stop being friends with him, stop paying attention to him. Even his parents start to distance themselves from him. It was one of the better episodes.

Johnny use to smoke, like ever since 12 or 13 he said that in a interview. So when you smoke for a long time, same with drinking, your vocal cords change, and same with age. He's a bit older, and he smoked for a very long time, and he's spends quite some time in Europe so the accent of europeans would rub off on you if your in that environment. Anyhoo age, smoke, being well cultured n traveled will change your voice some...if you ask me sounds like good ol johnny to me :)
