Realistically...the STFU is fairly weak. The STFU is a modified STF. Unfortunately, Cena's version has no credibility whatsoever. The way he does the move makes it hard for me to believe how anybody can tap to that move in a real match. Cena does more screaming and making more faces than the guy in the actual hold. The Walls Of Jericho and the Canadian Crippler Crossface...now those are two submission moves that hurt like a mother fucker. Even something as simple and easy as the Ankle Lock.

In an STF, the arms are supposed to wrap around the opponent's head in a Sleeper Hold like fashion. The way Cena does it shows no credibility or real effectiveness whatsoever. The fact that Cena does more screaming, shrieking, and making ridiculous faces than the guy in the actual hold only helps prove that all Cena has going for him is his gimmick. His gimmick is the only reason he gets so many freerides and title shots because it appeals to the kids/teens and thus brings in cash.
