i love this! Before i watched this i already knew about reading water and riffles runs and pools, but you explain it in a great manner. Also, i love how you make the fishing like hunting! Its truly an art... i need to get back on the water! haha
All of your videos are great help im a begginer fisherman and all your videos help very much thank you alot these are some of the best entemslegy videos on youtube
Great video, I personally love how you convey a method of completely ruining an entire section of stream by wading in a stream that doesn'teven require wading. Excellente! I'm a sarcastic bastard.
He was only wading to show the depth characteristics of the stream segments in the beginning and to show the viewers the isopods. If you claim to know so much about streams then you would know that they are dynamic and are always changing. Thus, they are constantly being disturbed. You probably didn't notice the severe bank erosion but I'm sure he caused that as well(also a sarcastic bastard). Next you'll probably tell us that burning prairies to prevent succession is wrong.
(Laughing really hard now) Watching the video, and yes I under stand that he was just trying to give a relationship to characteristics of the stream and depth using himself as a visual reference, good videos, just bustin' yer chops that's all. I just had a personal lol moment had to share. I'm sure he wasn't planning on catching anything there, just being instructional.
I've watched a bunch of fly fishing videos on the internet, and have found your videos to be among the best. The details, clarity, and depth of knowledge you provide are extremely helpful. Please keep'em coming! If I ever get to Wisconsin, I'll be sure to visit your shop. Thanks Tim.
Excellent video! Truly appreciate the details on how to "work" a river--I can see that I've been doing it backwards.

ya i agree, your videos are awesome and helpful. much better than other fly fishing and tying videos that play metallica.
will you be making a video for finding bass or czech nymphing?
thanks for not playing slayer or death metal in your videos.
