people arguing over the bands ordeal. when u go see see roger waters hes the only one in the band from floyd abd yeah im not shelling out 500 bucks to see the wall!! greed
Actually Waters just playing his Dark side of the moon tour was about 25$, I don't understand the negative votes as when I looked up these guys in the same vicinity it was closer to 60$.
When I saw Water's The Wall Live, the tickets were actually 250$, but, as you imagine the theatrics and show would be unmatchable by these guys. Roger has deep pockets.
Why the fuck would anybody be mad at given three out of five stars compared to the ACTUAL FUCKING BAND?
What a great way to bring back sights and sounds of music legends, these guys rock, prime Pink Floyd music these guys are, I would highly recommend to go see these guys if you have always wanted to see a Pink Floyd show but came in the wrong period of time.
@szulerniaa If it's the guitar around 20 seconds you're on about then it's Shine One Your Crazy Diamonds. If it's the 'you, yes you' bit then it's The Happiest Days Of Our Lives/Another Brick In The Wall part 2
Probably the best covert experience I have ever had. I've been to many concerts in my life, but these guys blew my mind. I was fortunate enough to see them in Moncton new Brunswick Canada a few years back. I also got to experience this concert front row center. AMAZING!between the musicianship and sound and lighting engineering.I felt this was like closing my eyes and listening to the actual cd, and then opening your eyes and having the lasers and lights, can't believe it. You have to see it to
Saw this last year and it was awesome. People don't realize the advances in audio and computers make this much much better than a REAL Pink Floyd concert from 20 years ago. I know. I saw Pink Floyd 4 times. Outoor and indoor shows. There is no issue with tribute bands, as long as they are good. I was disappointed to see they aren't coming to U.S for a while--all Europe. If anyone would like to finance my trip to europe, shout out.
@ xLearnToFlyx Tho a Pink Floyd reunion sounds awesome, it will never happen. it was in the works, but when Rick Write died...the was no more pick floyd. I've been a floyd fan for almost 20 yrs
considering david gilmour and roger waters agreed to let aussi floyd use their material and actully play for david gilmour at his residence speaks for itself. I will see them for the 3rd time next month in Halifax. It is worth every penny and they are spot-on. I'm sure the members of aussi floyd are huge fans of the music they are doing. I would pay more to see david gilmour than roger waters any day. Considering roger waters back stabbed most of the original band when the wall was released.
I have been a Floyd fan for the last 22 yrs and have seen both Roger Waters and Dave Gilmour live sadly not Floyd (too young) this band are fantastic I can't recommed them enough!!!! Just saw them again last night and the gig was spectacular!! Closest thing to the real floyd you can get!!! What a show!!
Ive seen these twice now and i think they do a shit hot job, aint every going to get the chance to see the real pink floyd so why the hell not see the next best thing. If you ask me i think Roger is highly over rated, yes he can write songs but can he sing..... shit no! I'd go see Aussie Floyd again! they put on a wicked show for the money which is why Dave had them play at his birthday party!

@ojwatts I completely agree that Roger is way overrated, anyone who thinks he's so great should listen to his solo albums, yuck, they're worse than Mick Jagger solo albums. anyone who says they like them are fooling themselves.
Saw them last night, at the O2 Arena London, and even my mate, who thought Pink Floyd was a slang term for a sexually transmitted disease, was, literally, rendered speechless, especially after the comfortably numb solo...its as simple as this, if you are any more than a, "yeah I like some of there stuff" kinda guy/lass...this will blow your mind!! Do it now before ticket prices rocket next tour/ or one after.....
I am going to watch them on 11th may, it should be great, but Pulse will always be the ultimate concert, watvhing that on my tv is like been at a concert.
in portugal the chepeast is 28€. In fact with 50€ or more I still prefer the rock in rio in Lisbon where u can see much more bands in 1 single day. At the end they're not Pink Floyd
Roger only played Floyd songs for 28$ in an peaceful outdoor venue. These guys wanted 60 for the house of blues. I'd say roger is a betrre deal, and he even flys the pink pigl
Sitting on the grass, watching people smoke doobies, and listening to rogers while comfy on a blanket with pillows was fantastic. Why stand in a small ffenue and pay more for impersonators?
I'm seeing roger again at his first real "wall" performance since the early 90s in a few months
@wgfcrafty huh, that's funny. Roger's charging $100+ to see the Wall, whilst Aussie is playing for $20 at a local gig where I don't have to travel all the way to Tacoma. :P
@wgfcrafty lucky you, here in Portugal we don't have that luck. TAPFS is coming, and it's €22-€35...since some of us love Pink Floyd, this is the best we get
@wgfcrafty Funny....I coulda sworn the show on the US tour I went to was the best $20 I ever spent....and I also recall seeing Roger in 2000-ish...and saying to myself "this doesnt sound as good as the Division Bell tour"
Now I like Roger and all...but If I had my choice....its TAPFS all the way baby :)
@wgfcrafty That sounds really strange that you paid less to see these guys play than Roger Waters. I just got tickets to go see them for $25.00 in a 1600 seat venue and the more expensive tickets are 45.00. You are saying you could see Roger Waters for less than $25.00 and in a venue for the same size? Really?
I've seen them 6 times now and i'm 13 :) Best concerts i've ever been too and they sound like pink floyd anyways :D I've been brought up on Pink Floyd so it's nice to see aussie pink floyd. Although my dad said hes going to take me to one if they reunite again :D
Just took my (15 yo) son to see them this past Sun night in Manchester NH. We saw them last year also. Great time both times...will definitely be back next year. Awesome show. Thanks for the vid.
People keep bashing stuff like this... I think it's a quite decent way of making tribute to a band that no longer performs. If Pink Floyd will not reunite again, I'm glad there are good cover bands that will allow me to experience their music and their concerts.
I'm a big Pink Floyd, but i'm only 15, so i never gotten the chance to see them live. Thank God there's Aussie PF! :D Going to see them november 2nd with my dad, it's gonna be the best day of my life :]
im the same justin, only 16, but love pink floyd as much as anyone twice my age. The only difference being that i never actually got to see them in their prime. =)
haha yeah, i love all kind of bands like Zeppelin, Rush, Megadeth, Dream Theater, Jimi Hendrix Experience, even the recent one like Fall of Troy and Between the Buried and Me, but no bands give me the feelings i get when i listen to Pink Floyd :)
okay, i just saw them yesterday, and god it was the best concert ever! They sound sooo damn close to the real thing, you really have to see them to understand how perfect it was. When they did Comfortably Numb i though my head was gonna explode from awesomness!
I'm going to see them for the seventh time this Thursday night here in Los Angeles and I can't wait. I will never miss one of their shows when they are in town.
OMG! My son and I are going to see this concert Sept. 16 in Salt Lake City! I have been waiting years for a great concert to take my son to, and for his first one this is going to be mind blowing! I just hope it's not raining....but we die hards, as long as they preform we will stay.
The only music I have on my iPod is the Pink Floyd discography. 99% of the music I've listen to over the last year and a half has been strictly Pink Floyd. I'd call myself a fan. I can no wait to see these guys in concert next month. Bought my tickets today. I'm gonna be too excited to sleep!
Veteran concert goer here (at last count 699 shows),if your thinking twice about seeing this band, don't think,RUN don't walk to get tickets. This tribute band could show some so called "A" list acts how a concert is put on.The staging, lights/lasers, sound quality and overall production is simply top notch.Trust me.
I'm happy there's such a good band who covers the old Floyd songs and still tours. I never had the chance to see Pink Floyd live because I'm too young, but I'll go to their concert and I think Aussie Pink Floyd replaces Pink Floyd very well.
Of course it's not 100 % Pink Floyd but they're sill one of the best cover bands I've ever seen.
When they were in the Maritimes did they do the full The Wall because I cant find The Great Gig in the Sky in the track list.If not would there be a way to find out the set list? Its on Dark Side of the Moon though so im kinda confused. Also dose anyone know who did there sound and light show? Cheers from Fredereicton NB
Saw these guys in Fredericton, and HOLY CRAP Best show I have ever seen. If you have the chance see them you wont regret it... The Bass player sure acn sing and the stage show is off the hook.
i've seem twice here in nova scotia &have seen floyd yrs ago ........if iwere a blind band when i saw aussi i would not have know the difference ......
oh man their chick for great gig in the sky suckedxcore...but it's great that a band like them exists, bringing the pink floyd sound back to the masses all over again. do they tour in america???
Yes. usually around October-December. A list of tour dates is on the band's site, and there are archives too so you can see when they came to your area last time. By the way "Great Gig..." has got so much better now
I am a huge floyd fan, one of my favorite bands of all time, (seeing these GUYS on the 20th in Halifax :) ) what is the song around 2:15-ish. I do not recall it.
I saw Floyd in 87 and 94 and these guys are 95% as close as you can get to seeing Pink Floyd live. In fact, in some ways, they are better, because they are using the most advanced light and sound equipment available. And, they are younger and can sing better. I have also seen Roger Waters in the last few years, and his voice is not that strong any more. Ian Cattell, who performs Rogers parts, just nails it. Go see them!
Anaheim, CA show at the Honda Center. The entire set of The Wall. Intermission at halfway, then another 1/2 hour set of Dark Side, Wish U were Here......etc. Ended with the Song Dark Side of the Moon. A 3 hour set of hard hitting, crowd pleasing, audio/visual bombardment that pulls goosebumps from bone marrow!!! GO SEE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!
Freedomscreamer.......I wasn't sure either, honestly, but read the reviews after purchasing the tickets, and just saw them tonight at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. Took my wife and 11 year old son and the show was 3 hours long. Trust me.....this Pink Floyd Fan is completely astounded! No wonder David Gilmore had them play for his birthday party. These guys are worth a major ROAD TRIP to see if that's what it takes. Serious musicians.
I've seen Floyd three times in Montreal. Twice at the Big O. Yech. But the Forum was fucking outstanding! Not sure I'd enjoy someone else doing their stuff.
What a GREAT concert. They played the entire Wall cover to cover, then played an additional 1/2 hour of DSOTM tunes, plus Meddle. It was the best concert I've seen other than Floyd in 1994. GO if you can. Everyone!
Hey, I'm seeing them tonight in Mpls. I saw the tour last year and it was amazing. Not sure how they will do ALL The Wall songs though. How was the performance...to the detail?
Saw them last night at the Rosemont Theater, If you have not seen them and they will be near you...GET TICKETS...THE SINGLE MOST AMAZING SHOWIVE SEEN IN YEARS!!!
Saw them last night in Miami Beach ....AWESOME ...... just outstanding and the crowd was really into it .... Did the entire Wall album plus Momentary Lapse of Reason, Dark Side of the Moom, Shine On, "Eugene", Time They blew the roof off the place ... if your going you are gonna love it ....
They normally do a one-hour-set, then 20 minute intermission, then another one-hour-set, but the wall being a double album, does anyone know if they will have time to play other material afterwards?
I went to their wall tour. It isn't them performing "The Wall" in entirety. They just played a few extra wall songs. They started with "In The Flesh?" then played up to "Goodbye Blue Sky". Then they played some other stuff and a few other wall songs in between like Another Brick, Nobody Home, Comfortably Numb etc
After some 596 concerts in my life, and seeing shows from ABBA to ZZ TOP and just about everyone in between,I have to say the Aussies put on a tremendous show.Even though they are a tribute band, some so called "A" list bands could learn a thing or two from their production of sights, lights and sound. If you like Pink Floyd,do yourself a favor and check them out.

I'm happy there's such a good band who covers the old Floyd songs and still tours. I never had the chance to see Pink Floyd live because I'm too young, but I'll go to their concert and I think Aussie Pink Floyd replaces Pink Floyd very well.
Of course it's not 100 % Pink Floyd but they're sill one of the best cover bands I've ever seen.

f1uf1uf 3 years ago
Yes. usually around October-December.

FlyByNight9090 3 years ago
"One of These Days" from Meddle. I've added a list of all the songs and their times in the description
darksideofthemoo 3 years ago
oops, it´s 2:35 and 2:50 . Thank you
M139Y 3 years ago
"Run Like Hell" from The Wall
darksideofthemoo 3 years ago
sorry for my ignorance, but how is called the song that sounds between 2:30 and 2:45 ?
M139Y 3 years ago

Serious musicians.
daileytim 3 years ago
I've seen Floyd three times in Montreal. Twice at the Big O. Yech. But the Forum was fucking outstanding! Not sure I'd enjoy someone else doing their stuff.
But hey, if you enjoy it, great!
Freedomscreamer 3 years ago
What a GREAT concert. They played the entire Wall cover to cover, then played an additional 1/2 hour of DSOTM tunes, plus Meddle. It was the best concert I've seen other than Floyd in 1994. GO if you can. Everyone!

They normally do a one-hour-set, then 20 minute intermission, then another one-hour-set, but the wall being a double album, does anyone know if they will have time to play other material afterwards?
akathasamurai 3 years ago
I went to their wall tour. It isn't them performing "The Wall" in entirety. They just played a few extra wall songs. They started with "In The Flesh?" then played up to "Goodbye Blue Sky". Then they played some other stuff and a few other wall songs in between like Another Brick, Nobody Home, Comfortably Numb etc

Do you know if or when they are coming back here?
ClearJack 3 years ago
After some 596 concerts in my life, and seeing shows from ABBA to ZZ TOP and just about everyone in between,I have to say the Aussies put on a tremendous show.Even though they are a tribute band, some so called "A" list bands could learn a thing or two from their production of sights, lights and sound. If you like Pink Floyd,do yourself a favor and check them out.
