I have lost over 85 pounds and finally saw under 300 2 days ago which was great for me! Thanks for sharing your story and being realistic in your videos and reminding people that set backs dont mean give up!

Hah! I can't sleep without the sound of a fan either. I have mine on every night. The winters really suck, though. I have two thick blankets on my bed right now. XD

I have about 9 pillows and 3 or 4 blankets. Some of them are thick and fuzzy but my favorite is sort of mesh. I like it because it stays cool if I turn it over. Kind of like the other side of the pillow
