How embarrassingly, shamelessly conceited would a person have to be to put their own face on every single cover of their magazine? Winfrey does it. If she was even remotely attractive, alright, in that case it would simply be conceit alone. However, as we all know, she's no prize to look at, so it's conceited and delusional. As for Boyle, noone is paying to look at her, they're paying to hear her voice. She's not aspiring to be a model, she only wants to sing.
