it is 100% imposible to emulate dreamcast on psp because the dremcast is a 120 bit system and the psp is 64 bit right?

so its like people talikng about playing the old xbox on a ps2

@vasquez123100 Hehe...You are 100% wrong :)The litle PSP has 24 bit color,just like the Dreamcast....So the Dreamcast games could run 100% on a PSP, not with an emulator...But with the help of Sony itself!Sega announced that on the PS Store will come Dreamcast games,starting with this fall,and the first games will be Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi(YAY!I always loved theese two games!)

@vasquez123100 Yes,Dreamcast games are coming to PS Network,but I hope that Sega was talking about the PSP too,not only about the PS3.If its just PS3,then its pretty useless if you ask me since there are alredy a lot of great titles on PS3,while the PSP doesn't has as many good titles.

it was prety good but the problem was storieline was way too short

i finished it in the same day i played it the problem of my psp was it had firmware 5.2 official wich ment i could not use emulators in it only music and videos were the good thing about it

@vasquez123100 Lol...Now I growed up a bit,but when a get my first PSP Game I didnt know how UMDs work,so I thought that I should just take out that glassy thing,but obviously it didnt work and when I did read the instruction book I was like ,,HOLY SHIT!!!!" :)) xD But years have passed since then,so I hope you'll understand that Im not still that stupid :D But anyway,I dont wanna annoy drkllRaziel,if you want to continue lets do this on PM,ok?

why not try to make it work using 2d games like MARVEL Vs CAPCOM 2 or Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike and then after is ok you can go a head and try something mor complicated like 3d games.

The upgoing Pandora project seems nice so far, would this run on it?

I mean, the Pandora CPU (ARM Cortex V-8) its around 5X better than that MIPS CPU the PSP has.

Capability of SIMD procesing with NEON Instrucction Set and such, and a much better Graphic DSP, would be enough to run at full speed if it built in ARM assembler with all optimizations posibbles?.

if im not mistaken if it can veiw some of the newer ps1 games that came out just before ps1 stop selling games then im sure the dreamcast is more than possible to atleast get it to run alittle more than half speed.

thats like asking the psp to emulate ps2. the psp is way more powerful than a ps1. its defenitily not on par with a dreamcast. but this does look cool.
