@theonlyman9319 It's extremely bad for any engine. Until they've got some heat into them the oil will be thick, thus not properly lubricating the smaller parts like lifters and bearings. Course all Dave's cars are shitboxes that get beat on so who cares.

Of course you can depend on your Dodge. I had a turbo 2.4 daytona, the same motor as that aries, it was fast as shit. I beat chevy silverado ss 6.0's all the time in it. I had a 96 stratus with the 2.4 that has the same engine as that one, and it was fast, over 200K on it before I sold it, still running fine. And Ive had many ram's with the 360 and 1 dakota with the 3.9 v6. I sold all those with over 150K on them still running fine. I have a video of one of m dodges with a supercharger

This makes me wish I took the time to show some cold starts in Fairbanks, Alaska. I used to have a '99 Dodge Dakota (5.2L V8/automatic) and I "accidentally" tested its cold start abilities a few times in temps as low as -48*F (block heater/oil pan heater/battery pad not plugged in). Amazingly enough it would light right off every time if I cycled the key 2x to let the fuel pump build pressure in the rail before attempting to crank it... Go Dodge!
