Yup! I was drunk.
Shovel over pan lasted only three years or so...
Bottom end gear box was re-engineered when AMF took over. Hence the "cone" shape.
Rocker boxes remained the same 'til 84, eh?
Added a few cubic inches to the jugs after that as well, maybe?
