that's true look at groups of people you live together in government housing projects. these people live in a community that is not strong, people have kids young, and there's a very high rate of dysfunctional marriages or de facto relationships. families cannot be held together because their community is not strong. there are such broadening gaps within society that are expanding so quickly that families are finding it harder to grow in.
