I've heard that Moscow has a big stray dog problem, but they mostly trick people out of food or steal food. By the way, if this did take place in Russia, I'm sure none of those dogs were pit bulls. They wouldn't survive the cold. Besides, pit bulls aren't aggressive unless trained to be, or unless the owner neglected to train or socialize correctly, as with any breed.

@Delgato124 Really? I am a dog trainer as well, and I specialize in aggression and that clearly was NOT a friendly encounter at all! Had the man not intervened the girl would have been bitten, if not attacked. Just because a dog wags it's tail does NOT mean it is friendly. Those dogs were in a pack, and were exhibiting a pack mentality. When one went for her, they all began going for her. If she would have run or fallen, they would have gotten her. If anything it was a territorial display.
