yeah this aniem is so mysterious u wont get shit until the end. put it simple. the anime is a about a organization trying to get him because he a mutant devil thing and so is his twin sister. spoiler her sister is a alien if i remember it right

close but generally right this anime was designed to keep you guessing to the end the only options you have once you start is too finish the series or quit it after spending your time watching it and have that annoying I want to know what happens feeling. I would have liked to have seen this having a second season or a manga or novel adaption

For what I gatter, the main character had to suffer a near death experience to trigger his power, almost like DMC 3, the reason why his sister's soul has been split into flickers is still unknown.
