The Tazer is designed to be a less-lethal weapon fired from a distance. It is NOT a Non-lethal weapon. Officers mentality has changed. How do I disarm a man with a bat, knife, or sword with out killing them has changed to resist me and Ill just TAZER you, I lived when it was done to me in training. Tazers should be taken away from police as it seems to be used by them as way for them to hand out their own punishment without getting in trouble. Also...note several interesting things in the story. They mention how his "broken back" is caussing him to "hardly be able to move" then it shows him juggling the TV remote. To assume that his back was injured enough to create no risk to the police would be to assume he is paralyzed. The first stage of this paralysis would prevent him from moving his hands..even to juggle that remote. I guess he didnt want to miss WWE that night.

I've seen a bag of pot they caught me with as a teen switched with oregano and got that case dismissed. I have also personally witnessed one cop blatantly lie on the stand. Most cops can not think for themselves and are full of assumptions. Since I was a kid I saw how much they help people. Giving tickets is not what I call help. I've seen video of police training where they are trained to shoot unarmed people.
The problem is the training in many cases. During my mandatory training for security work it was explained to the class how to do "creative writing". Slamming a person on his head becomes escorting them to the ground as an example. An example of several bouncers was given that didn't use "creative writing" and had to go to jail for killing a patron. The class given by a retired cop.
Retired cops are morons and sponges on the system. You can not take a 40, 50, or 60 year old and slam them. I am 53, I was very strong when I was young and like rubber. The body becomes more and more fragile. You can not abuse anyone physically especially someone who is older. Even a young person can have a heart problem or M.S. etc.
The only person I dropped on their head was by accident. He was lighter then I expected. He had a full mount position doing a ground and pound. I was yanked him off and he ended up over my head. I was maced by fellow security and he fell about 7 ft onto his head and shoulder. That was my first time getting a full eye full. wow
The security there were as out of control as the drunks. I stopped working for them for Moral reasons after they scrubbed the scene after a triple shooting.

I still think he fell off the overpass due to being taze, it just sounds too far fetched that anyone would taze a kid 19 times while haveing injuries which would incapacitate him. Plus he doesnt remember the event, so theyre guessing they tazed him for the hell of it, since it gets alot more attention for police abusing a "poor innocent boy". Ive been tazed and it aint horrible, it causes your muscles to convulge. The pain is not in the shock, its in the damn muscle convulsion, its not that bad.

Tazers should be taken away from police as it seems to be used by them as way for them to hand out their own punishment without getting in trouble. When all they had was a gun they actually had to work at work because a lot more questions get asked when you discharge a firearm, nobody cares about a tazer. In my opinion these police should lose their jobs.

backup in a rural area might take a long time..and if this kid were continuing to carry on in a crazed manner and police were tazing him for that he might get tazed repeatedly until back up arrives or until he stops acting crazy. much to consider. Ironically..aside from the injuries suffered by the kid(on his own accord) he has no damage from the tazer. Interesting isnt that. Since everyone claims tazers can kill you...I wonder how it is it caused him no harm. Great tool.

Also...note several interesting things in the story. They mention how his "broken back" is caussing him to "hardly be able to move" then it shows him juggling the TV remote. To assume that his back was injured enough to create no risk to the police would be to assume he is paralyzed. The first stage of this paralysis would prevent him from moving his hands..even to juggle that remote. I guess he didnt want to miss WWE that night.

Cops lie all the time. I have personally seen several lie on incident reports and got one 2 traffic cases dismissed because of it. I've seen a bag of pot they caught me with as a teen switched with oregano and got that case dismissed. I have also personally witnessed one cop blatantly lie on the stand. where i'm from we dont summon the cops. in fact i cant imagine a scenario where i would feel better knowing police are on the way, and i say that as someone with nothing to hide. its just that we have learned after having too many unarmed men shot (in the back sometimes), too many people with evidence planted on them, too many encounters with officers who are looking or trouble or to incite an angry response, at which point they will be only too happy to give a 8 on 1 beatdown. no thanks.

Im sure most sit on their fat asses collecting welfare and watch CNN and Youtube all day .they give nothing to society and bitch about anyone that does. Back seat drivers and monday morning quarterbacks that couldnt handle being law enforcement if they tried. Theyre the reason cops dont give a shit. Most cops can not think for themselves and are full of assumptions. Since I was a kid I saw how much they help people. Giving tickets is not what I call help. When a real crime is committed they are useless. Out of about 50 times in my life that I or my family went to them for help...they failed 99% of the time.

Police quell disturbances....document incidents(like insurance agents) and investigate facts...when they have facts (and oh yes...cooperation) which they dont get very much anymore. Anyone who expects the police to do everything for them and please everyone in all of their actions has an unrealistic expectation of the police. Its a thankless job. As you people prove everyday.

The police in most cities commit just as many crimes as the criminals. They extort money for "protection". They stick together like a mafia to manipulate facts to hurt innocent people to do their other cop friends favors. They get freebies where ever they go...very unethical. They lie, cheat, steal, abuse, raise revenue via B.S. petty law. They steal drugs and money from the evidence room and crime scenes. Policing should be done by a very elite group for major crimes like murder, robbery

doesn't matter what the boy said to police they will go down.. he has a broken back ..if a jury were to find in the police favor it's over, the system has failed, it starts at jury level, just because a judge tells you something is law, that doesn't make it so.. you have a right to see laws before you make a vote in jury.
also, quit paying into the system with income tax.. it's voluntary . only foreign workers in u.s. are required by constitutional law to pay an income tax, not american legals.

It is simply outrageous to taser anyone. Tasers were marketing very successfully with alot of propaganda. So many people have died from them. You can not Taser even a 16 year old...they may have a heart or nerve condition. Good old corrupt bullshit American marketing....they brainwashed most of the public.

They were the bullies in high school. Recently I ran into a class mate cop from my 1972 High School senior class while going into a Surrogate Court. He was the most stupid kid in the graduating class.

Cops protect cops, up and down the line. That's a sad fact but a fact nonetheless. And the mayor, DA and other agents of the government will only believe the official line. The media, yeah. Sometimes they can be a good ally. Being armed and protecting yourself isn't vigilantism, by the way. It's plain self-defense.

If you think that you do not have to take matters into your own hands you have such limited life experience. I have done all of the above in different situations. Each person has to protect themselves with a gun. The F.B.I. are a bunch of idiots, the Mayors are beholden to the people that pay them off, the DA is corrupt and the media will only show what does not offend the average middle class Haus Frau.

I've seen video of police training where they are trained to shoot unarmed people.
The problem is the training in many cases. During my mandatory training for security work it was explained to the class how to do "creative writing". Slamming a person on his head becomes escorting them to the ground as an example. An example of several bouncers was given that didn't use "creative writing" and had to go to jail for killing a patron. The class given by a retired cop.

Retired cops are morons and sponges on the system. You can not take a 40, 50, or 60 year old and slam them. I am 53, I was very strong when I was young and like rubber. The body becomes more and more fragile. You can not abuse anyone physically especially someone who is older. Even a young person can have a heart problem or M.S. etc.

The only person I dropped on their head was by accident. He was lighter then I expected. He had a full mount position doing a ground and pound. I was yanked him off and he ended up over my head. I was maced by fellow security and he fell about 7 ft onto his head and shoulder. That was my first time getting a full eye full. wow
The security there were as out of control as the drunks. I stopped working for them for Moral reasons after they scrubbed the scene after a triple shooting.

As for the heart issue yeah I had friend who died from that. 19 and died breaking up a fight. He was quite over weight but that alone didn't add up to me so I looked into it and found a paper from the clinic at his ex girls house. Turns out she got the clap cheating on him and broke up with him instead of telling him.

Thanks for being so honest, direct and real. I am now 53, when I was about 20, a young guy 16 dropped dead after training with the high-school football team. You never know what kind of fault line (as in earthquake) exists in another's body or mind. The 16 year old was very strong but was being pushed too hard by the coach and in turn he wanted to please the coach and live up to some image. He died trying to be an image of physical superiority.
Give me a milk shake and a donut.
