Becaus when I put this number the World Cup of Rugby was on.

In the Greaves autobiography he says that Donergan was old news even in 1966, and nobody was interested in this, the official FA anthem. In fact at that time in this country football knew sod'all about marketing, and what money was made from the cup the public school boys at the FA kept, awarding what they regarded as the serfs, the winning players, only £1000 each which was subject to 80% tax. Alf Ramsey hated them.

Both. Mostly marketing. I was printing dartboards at the time and we bought the rights for Willie on dartboards. Hardly sold any.
