I think this starts really great (reminds me of Laura Veirs / Espers / early Fairport Convention), but then to be honest I'm not too keen on the sudden "revolving" instrumental part in the middle and the end of the song (the one that follows the "labyrinth of mind" words), I think that doesn't flow well with the rest of the song. But anyway you seem to have very good songwriting potential.
I don't know why , but it took me back in time to a band I adored, the psychedelic "Its A Beautiful Day". Great song!
