no es difícil.. es una le las 3 aplicaciones básicas del LM 555

uhmm el pibe usó una batería de 9 volt pero creo que el LM 555 común se alimenta con menos, ya ni me acuerdo xD

pero este circuito o uno muy similar lo encontrás buscando LM 555 en temporización o temporizador... es una aplicación bastante básica.

the 555 is used for charging the cap... that is all. it's a timer for multi perpus use... not a led driver..

if you people don't get it is basically using the same functiona as a floresant light bulb, it is turning on and off so fast that the human eye cannot see it aka: 24-26fps+ so that it saves alot of battery life.
