He showed no mercy to any of his critics or opponent. he sent assassins to eliminate them by killing them
he sent raiding parties to rob meccan carvans for income as muslims had no income in medina. He also carried out military expeditions against innocent pagan arab tribes more than 100 times without any provocation. he slaughtered 100s of 1000s of innocent pagans and allowed his men to take female captives after the battle as booty and have sex with them in order to force pagans to accept him as a prophet. He was obsessed with being called “ya rasul allah”.
the salughter at karbala was a sad and heart wrenching tragedy, but it was something that had to happen. The dispute between Husain and Mawia was for power and it could have been settled by election or by negotiation, but the only way muhammad had taught his followers to settle the dispute was by violence and the violence they used even against his own family members and slaughtered them at the battle of karbala.

Now we have different intepretations, thats why shiahs are separated from sunnis. So who decides who is right? @aaminah16AbdulKhaliq We believe in God's saying in the Quran that his guidance to mankind is continuous.Even when Islam was established by Rasoolallah(SAW),Allah wanted to keep it protected,away from infiltration & for its followers to be under a divinely appointed guide.So after Risalat,we believe in Imamat,which is constituted of 12 holy imams from the Prophet's family,who underwent hardships & even gave up their lives to save Islam.
@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq So our Aqeeda is Tawheed, Adl, Naboowat, Imamat, Qayamat. We practice everything that the Prophet(SAW) prescribed. Namaz, Roza, Haj, Zakat. We also pay an additional tax called Khumus, which is meant to help the needy, and do other necessary deeds that are useful for the community, like establishing a school, hospital etc.Apart from this,what you would find different would be that we mourn during Muharram remembering Imam Husain's sacrifice in Karbala.

the salughter at karbala was a sad and heart wrenching tragedy, but it was something that had to happen. The dispute between Husain and Mawia was for power and it could have been settled by election or by negotiation, but the only way muhammad had taught his followers to settle the dispute was by violence and the violence they used even against his own family members and slaughtered them at the battle of karbala.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq Who is to judge who changed what?? As far as i know Rasulillah (pbuh) said "man kunto mowla fa haza aliyun mowla" at gadeer e kum. Now we have different intepretations, thats why shiahs are separated from sunnis. So who decides who is right? So, us shias followed mowla ali as our First and righful imam, Only allah knows the truth.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq-How cn u say that the shia changd th way of Rasoolullah(SAW).Shias r th ones who HOLD onto the truth given by our beloved Prophet(SAW)!Throughout his life,time and again he kept making known to all muslims that Ali (a.s) is the successor of the believers after the Prophet (SAW). At Daawat-e-Zulasheera when the Qureish were invited to accet Islam, it was only Ali (a.s) who eagerly exclaimed his belief in the Prophet's Words.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq We believe in God's saying in the Quran that his guidance to mankind is continuous.Even when Islam was established by Rasoolallah(SAW),Allah wanted to keep it protected,away from infiltration & for its followers to be under a divinely appointed guide.So after Risalat,we believe in Imamat,which is constituted of 12 holy imams from the Prophet's family,who underwent hardships & even gave up their lives to save Islam.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq So our Aqeeda is Tawheed, Adl, Naboowat, Imamat, Qayamat. We practice everything that the Prophet(SAW) prescribed. Namaz, Roza, Haj, Zakat. We also pay an additional tax called Khumus, which is meant to help the needy, and do other necessary deeds that are useful for the community, like establishing a school, hospital etc.Apart from this,what you would find different would be that we mourn during Muharram remembering Imam Husain's sacrifice in Karbala.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq Imam Husain is the Holy Prophet(SAW)'s Grandson and the 3rd Holy Imam.As you saw in the movie,he rose against the tyranny of the caliph of the day,reminding men who had forgotten Islam and the Prophet(SAW)s message.He was massacred with his entire family.In the gatherings in Muharram, a learned scholar explains a selected verse of the Quran and ends the speech with an incident from Karbala, so we are reminded of the hardships tht the Prophets(SAW) family faced to save Islam

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq At Ghadeer Khum, aftr th last Haj,he announced to a gathering of all Hajis that 'Man kunto maula fa haza Aliyun Maula' (Of whomsoever I am the Master, Ali is his Master). Follow the two things i leave behind, and you will never go astray- The Holy Quran and my Ahlulbayt. (Prophet's family).Shias are the ones who hold onto this tradition, it is also mentioned in all major Ahle-sunah books.

@aaminah16AbdulKhaliq - Allah has mentioned in the Holy Quran that the world is never empty of a guide chosen by Allah (Hujjatul-khuda). To hold onto these divinely appointed guides is ensuring you dont go astray. So please tell me, how have we changed the words of Islam, of our Prophet?

TO THE WORSHIPER OF ONE GOD "ALLAH" : ASSALAMUAYLAYKUM. The prophet Sallahualayhi Wasallam loved his household.. And why do we not understand that whomso ever the prophet love, we should also love.? WHy do we neglect the family of the prophet while in fact we send prayers and blessings to to them before we end our prayers, just like the way we send prayers and blessings to the family of prophet Abraham A.S.. why cant we not accept and love the family of our beloved prophet SAW?

As the Quran says: "Turn your back in repentance to him, and Fear him: establish regular prayers, and be not you among those who join gods with Allah. He said Madad Ya Ali....
But when i used "Ya" i used it to refer to them so dont get me wrong and we can say Ya Ali like we can Say Ya Allah and Ya Muhammad...

Though the Unfortunate events that happened at Karbala can not be forgotten by any muslim, but Islam as such is not only "The Incident Of Karbala".
We must remember this and learn from this incident again and again. But As I have said Islam is not only Karbala, but way beyond it. To remain involved for the whole year with it is not what Muslims are supposed to do.
