You sholdn't of been denied health benefits, you should of at least gotten co pay like me. You should still file a claim with the VA but you need to get your doctor or specialist like the one I went to in Georgetown to confirm all of your sickness and file the shit out of your claim and fight these bastards. They are very sneaky and evil. I never filed a claim and they had sent me a lette saying I had been denied so I say this is fishy. Got that straigtened out and now waiting for my rating
