ps3 is good but the fact that it use to be 599.99 then it went to 499 for the 60g drive then it went to 399.99 which the got rid of a 100$ hardrive ps2 chip sony you just lost about 500 games and about 100+ ps2 exclusives so yeh good system but sony is doing some bad choices right now

the reason why the ps3 is better is because everthing is built in and straight out the box. in the end you really do save money by getting the ps3. You have to pay to play online on the xbox, you have to pay extra for HD DVD player - this is all built in and free on the ps3, and it doesnt crash every 4 seconds. im suprised microsoft hasnt thrown in the paper clip "hey! it looks like your xbox has blown up!"
