@backhoeman08 the reason it is "up in the air" like that is because it is all gravity fed. everything is operated with springs, weights, and gravity. not nearly as many moving parts to go wrong in comparison with a hydraulic run accumulator. the kuhns mfg accumulator isn't affected by how fast you bale.
@whspioneer89 Well you pick up the stack of 15 with a special attachment that allows you moves 15 bales in tact. Their will be no smashed or disfigured bales.
around 9k...ya its a bit expensive.........it really helps from having to stop for each hay bale. The main purpose is to drop them and then for you to collect them with "THE GRABBER". The grabber hooks up to the tractor and you can pick up all 15 bales at once. "the grabber" is around 3k
how well would one of these work on hilly / uneven terrain ?

Looks hard work to sort out if you get a problem & throw out 5 or 6 bust bales before you notice. Flat 8 normal UK way, but they are hard work too!!!

You need to get a new holland baler with the steffen accumulater a hell of alot quicker. and you dont have anything sticking way up in the air.

A lot of people prefer to buy square bales that weren't put up with a kicker baler as they tend to smash and disfigure the bales.

supposed to run a sqaure baler slower. round ballers you can haul balls as long as the hay is feedin in good. i prefer a baler with a kicker
horsin1445 2 years ago
Lol where i live the bales come out of the baler go between 2 small conveyor belts that are going fast and the bales shoot out into a trailer!
