Sorry to burst your bubble, but no multiplayer is planned. It would be nice to have skirmish's with other players via a server; but a public one would be expensive to maintain and the full game on multiplayer would be hard to do as there would have to be a limit to how many people can be in it. It'd be nice to see though TaleWorlds arn't a super corporation like Blizzard and could probably never try anything like it. Singleplayer is great though and no ass holes to come and ruin it! Hehe

Actually the lead developer himself has stated recently that there MIGHT be a multiplayer in M&B 2.0, if they will ever get around to implementing it. At least some kind of LAN support would be nice, then Taleworlds wouldn't have to maintain a thing, and I can only imagine how sick fun this game would be against friends, and add to that all the cool new features and improvements the sequel will probably have.

Sorry Philipine Man but the Rhodoks aren't russians, they are italians\swiss, The swadians are probably germans or some other european faction, and the vaegirs are probably russian\polish.

The Turkish influence shows, the sea is the Black Sea and the Nords are exactly what they are called. The Swadians are the Byzantines and the Vaegirs perhaps Ottoman Turks? The Khergit are of course the Mongols. Any ideas for who the Rhodoks might be?
