Remember most A&R personnel & Labels are looking for the unfinished sound (not fully produced) as this show cases the raw talent(s). Also, instead of putting 10+ tracks on a demo of 5min per, try putting 40-50+ tracks of around 1min:30sec. (ie: Deadmau5, Adventis, etc.)

The track you are performing here needs some work for sure, no doubt about that; however, it is very clear to see you have some talent.
My advice is to practice a minimum of 10+ hours every week (spent on things like:: Timing, Chording, Track Infrastructure, Theory, et al).
After some time, your skills & attributes would be improved & your sound would become more stellar.
