@KeEnAn217 In Halo 3, if you're host your shots register first. When you see someone on your screen, that is exactly where they are. Off-host, you may find yourself dying behind walls because on the host's screen you were right about to turn behind it when he killed you.

The death animation is different on-host and off-host. On-host the spartan you kill falls over. Off-host they might flip or dive or do some random, more interesting death.
