Thats what I used to think.. I thought my screaming ruined my voice when I was screaming wrong.. but all it took was a month of rest without singing at all and your voice will be back. How old are you?

if you wana learn Headvoice and Harsh vocals ...it wont hapen in 2 or 3 months or 1 week if you dream about that =D it takes 1 year or more to perfect your screams and then it takes another half of year or one year ( if you are fail at singing) to learn headvoice so yeah he said it right PRACTICE :)

hes right man but youre not straining it you sing from your throat i can tell by your posture,and there is no such thing as singing from your diaphragm because that is just a muscle that contracts downwards as you breathe from your stomach

just practice singing with good posture and good breathing techniques

like breathing from your stomach and not your upper body

the power comes in time

but it sounds like you have the range already just work on it :D
