Ya know, I'm actually kinda glad I got blasted with a gust of windy rain riding my bike home than deal with a blizzard. That being said, having weather like that is generally unpleasant and can make it very hard to get around.
Especially if your primary transportation is a bicycle....
No shit, I haven't been able to get out of my driveway since Friday night. The city, county and state plows of Wisconsin suck! My entire neighborhood is under snow and the third party snow removal company who is suppose do immediate snow removal for all the townhomes of the leasing company I pay rent to are nowhere to be found, they're not even answering their phones. Awesome weekend!
Ugh, I hated living in the midwest. I now live in a part of Arizona that actually gets a crapton of snow each winter, but it's still sunny and somewhat warm almost every single day and the stuff melts nice and fast. I hated having it come in november or december back east, and fucking STAY there for months while the temperatures plunged. Looks like I ain't missing much.
Manfaded- your nuts. Talk about 20 inches there and it was a blizzard. Dome even collapsed. Call us pansies? Like to see you take it on! Plows weren't allowed to go out at 18 inches and with the winds, it was too dangerous. We can take snow, it's fucking Minnesota! lol
anyway
i'm from plymouth but gotta say thank god i am at school up north.. We maybe only got 7 inches.. Got the blizzard wind conditions though, pretty damn cold.
@TheRamenAvenger climate change resolves in both extremes. colder winters and hotter summers. because of the fact that spring and autumn are getting generally warmer than they used to be climate change is also refered to global warming. I know it's a bit confusing but that's just the way how the climate trys to balance things out.
I love the people posting here about global warming, saying that ordinary and abnormally cold temperatures don't stand in contrast to their beliefs but rather serve as proof. So basically we'd better believe them, because whether it's hot, cold, dry, wet, stormy or just plain average, it's a sign of global warming! Now how can you argue with that?
@ManFaded ehh no ya wee prick, just the people that have to travel far to work, everyone else loves it, go get fatter please, u probably stay in all winter eating
lol @ the people saying global warming is total bs. As the planet gets warmer, the percipitation and cloud cover increase which means more snow/rain and later on, because of increased cloud cover, the planet will get colder. That's the cycle.
I think we're going to be seeing a lot of unusual weather as they continue to spray the sky's with Chemtrails. Global warming is a hoax and that's been proven Always look behind the curtain .. things aren't always what they seem.
According to Al Gore a couple of years ago, we should have been boiling to death by now. Poor polar bears must be swimming in their own sweat right now, isn't that right Al?
fuck that and its 7 inches here in donegal, ireland and we are complaining hahaha
