Hey your video is pretty good. I seldom see that many at one time and you got some good close ups. Next time you are there go into the bakery and have yourself a "Bee Sting". OMG they are so Good. They have good ice cream cones too for those hot days.
It was very difficult to get good and clear shots of them. Some day I'll go back there when it's earlier and more sunny, and while I'm shooting I'll take pulls off a Bee Sting :)
In Norway before the invention of slow growing grass and mowers etc. The farmer of the vilage used to hire his goats to the villagers to keep the grass in check and feed his goats. It was a common site in Norway. Yeah Traditional Norwegion houses had grass roofs so the farmer had plenty of areas for his goats to graze
How could I possibly keep something like this off of here? My only regret is that I could have done some better camera work. I first heard "Soothe Me" in "The Blues Brothers." It was the 8-track playing in the car radio when Jake and Elwood were returning to Chicago from prison...

Ahhhh. I wonder if they use their milk for cappuccinos? That's assuming there's a female there ....

I'm sure I saw at least two udders there. Now that would explain the freshness of their Feta cheese!

Mmmmmmmm!!! Feta! ;8P
Really great video — love it when people share these curiosities they come across.

Cool! Maybe Norwegians own the place. My uncle in Austria kept sheep in his yard for the same reason, but he didn't have a grass roof...

Well I've seen it all now! LOL I've never seen goats on the roof. Thanks for showing us Andy. Great music also. -Jim

I had heard of this place for quite some time, yet I only got to see it last August. All of them were happily munching away...
