@rhythm08 Yes, as long as he is 1000' above the clouds, he is fine. "No ground" does not constitute IFR. As you can see, he can clearly maintain visual reference with the horizon and sky. Very nice Kazmaz. I don't get that kind of oportunity here in Las Vegas, our ceilings are typically around 12,000'.
How about when you had to land was it clearing up or did you have to descend thru the clouds?
