Do you know, is there a way to lower a stock beam? I know of shortening the beam, but are they shortening stock beams or adjustables? I have an extra, this is why I''m asking.

Adjustable beam and dropped spindles is the way to go, when lowering. You can shorten any beam. Usually you shorten them, when you lower the car..this gives you more tire clearance and allows you to go lower (and it looks better).

This car has dropped spindles and an adj. beam (that is adjusted all the way down).

@coolwaterdvr Its original beauty is long gone, my friend. OG paint is gone, there is some bondo (sigh..) repair on some body panels when it got in a wreck long ago. Who know, maybe I will raise it back up one day. But for now, its my slammed driver! >:)

Nice hoodride. Right now I am woeking on my 66. Can't wait to get it done. It'll be a mild custom pan off resto, but hood rides are cool too. That's the cool thing about ACVW's, you can rock the petina look or go all out and redo it so that it looks mean and lean and ready to eat mustangs from light to light.. Rock on brother.
