@TalmedgeTheHypnotist Hater?? Wrong again. I'm just a man who stands on my principles. And wont be swayed. I assume if I were to say homosexuality was a beautiful expression of love--you would say I'm kind and open minded, right? I'll pass. I'll stay true to my own convictions and what I believe is normal behavior. I wont let the media dictate to me what is "normal". If you see that has "hating",so be it.
@TalmadgeTheHypnotist What white/Jewish controlled media does is suppress opinion that don't agree with them. I'm doing no such thing. People can post and disagree with me all they want. It's an open forum. So you're the one that's way off base.
@kushiteprince A common trait of the white imperialistic paradigm you are so against, is the need to dominate a conversation and the need to be right. Your comments are nothing more than you forcing your opinions and frame of references on others without even the slightest consideration that you may be off base. Congratulations, it looks like you've adoptedthe white, patriarchal imperialistic paradigm of forcing a belief and reality on other. You've become that which you hate.
@virtualgotogirl For the record,I don't hate anyone. Spending your life hating someone doesn't allow you to enjoy life. I'm a Pan-Afrikanist,therefore my beliefs are based on the survival of my people. Solidarity is great. But with who? Are black people supposed to embrace all Europeans? The very same people who are landgrabbing Africa as we speak. The Europeans who are spreading homosexuality all throughout South Africa.
@virtualgotogirl Most of the articles I find about "homosexual Africa" is usually written by whites or homosexuals. Sometimes by phony black authors who have been paid off by the establishment. Why do white authors want Africa to be seen just as homosexual crazed as Europe? So they can claim that homosexuality was "normal" in all cultures. Sounds like an agenda to me. Sorry,I'm not buying it. To embrace homosexuality is to embrace genocide. You can't convince me otherwise.
@virtualgotogirl As far as the sexual question goes--I don't accept the Western defintions.Folllowing the Western standard is what got black people in the position we are in today. The male and female are supposed to compliment one another. African cultures believes in balance. In Greek and Roman culture women were used only for breeding. Molesting little boys is what they loved more.In African culture the woman is admired and respected as the giver of life.African queens were revered.
@kushiteprince You should look up the Dagara, Ila, Azande, Thonga, the chiefs of the Mossi, and the king of Buganda for their interpretation of sex, gender, and homosexuality. Many African cultures, especially the Dagara, do not have a problem with homosexuals. In fact, they see them as the gatekeepers to the spirit world. This is a belief that even some Indigenous tribes in America hold. Also, the ancient military tradition of men having relationships with young boys is not limited to Greek &
@kushiteprince Roman culture, but seen throughout African and Asia. I'm curious as to how admiration and respect for women in "African" culture can exist along side the Islamic tradition of female genital mutilation. THAT is nowhere near anything resembling reverence for women and the female body. Western culture does not "accept" homosexuality. It is allowed to exist because white supremacist patriarchy needs homosexuality to base its moral positioning on, just like it needs structural racism,
@kushiteprince sexism, and all the other isms to perpetuate its existence. Western culture needs the "other" to exist, in order to exist. So it is "allowed". The distinction and awareness of that is necessary. But yes, I agree - following Western colonialism is what helped black people get to where they are today. The idea that a sexual expression divides the culture and inhibits the evolution of black people from becoming whatever it is they are supposed to become only adds to it.
@kushiteprince In the end, we are doing exactly what the white supremacist patriarchal model wants us to do - hate each other, stand divided, hate ourselves, forcing black people to exist as a monolith. If we believed in solidarity, in true solidarity, than we'd give every black person the space and the support to express themselves as they see fit, focusing on their gifts and sharing them with the world, projecting our disturbed Egos on them.
@kushiteprince As for "molesting little boys" I think we should be careful of the lens through which we view ancient cultures. In that time, adult status could be conferred as early as age 12. "Boys" were sent through their rites of passage between 12 and 15 in many cultures, and "girls" were married shortly after Menarche. Our culture prolongs childhood, because we've collectively decided it's the right thing to do. But it's not that way in other cultures, past or present.
@virtualgotogirl The only reason you see so many homosexuality in film and television is because the western(white)dominated media wants all cultures to be like them. They are trying to brainwash the masses into believing that the gay lifestyle is normal, just like any other family. I can think for myself and can't be so easily fooled as others. For black people to accept homosexuality--is to accept genocide. It's just that simple.
@virtualgotogirl In Greek and Roman culture homosexulaity has always been embraced. The Greeks were known for being a "mentor" for 12 and 13 year old boys. Having sex with a litlle boy was a rite of passage. This is a known fact in many history books.I have never seen that in any African culture to my knowledge. If you know of any please let me know.
@kushiteprince Also, the difficulty in locating information about pre-colonial African cultures is that it's not a written culture. So you have to look for the academics, preferably Africans tracing their own ethnography, and read what they have interpreted and written.
@sistahvegan Interracial sex between blacks and whites will not reduce racism or hatred toward blacks, nor does it increase the likelihood of racial harmony between blacks and whites. Do you agree? I'd like your honest opinion.
@sistahvegan You said your partner is a white man. That makes me a little curious. I believe that since all sexual activity between blacks and whites takes place in a white supremacy system, non whites are often dehumanized and turned into sexual or fetish objects to reduce the possiblity that they will be seen as equals.White supremacy and interracial sex operate in tandem, not in opposition.
@kushiteprince If you believe that, then it follows that sexual activity between men and women can only exist in a space that dehumanizes, objectifies, and fetishizes, considering Western definitions of masculinity and patriarchy do not see women as equals.
@sistahvegan I'm a bit confused. Why were you suprised that Queen Afua didn't talk about people in interracial or gay relationships? She's an Afrocentric author who speaks about repairing the black family. Ands gay relationships have never really been accpted in African cultures. Homosexuality is anti-life and anti-family. So why were you suprised she left those topics out? She assumes that those who buy her book already have a certain mindset.
Where did you find homosexuality as "never really been accpted [sic] in African cultures." Which African cultures, specifically? Also, how do you define "anti-life" and "anti-family" as it relates to homosexuality? I ask, considering the number of people who identify as homosexual that are parents, whether biological or adoptive. I am also curious about how we can talk about repairing the black family without addressing the reality of sexuality & sexual expression in all its forms.
I watched both videos, part 1 and 2, and this second portion was highly informative and helpful to me. I really appreciated the questions from the audience, and the mentioning of such things as the rules of engagement for discussing colonialism and its effects (on non-whites and whites). I also love that you spoke to the presumptuousness of Afua's and PETA's approaches to a anti-colonial vegan practice. I live in east Oakland; my experience with food justice has been very different.
Thanks! Thank you for watching this. I can't wait until I file and am done with this dissertation! Been working on it for 4 years now.
I want to focus more on fatphobia, sizeism, and social constructions of 'health' in my next project... not sure when that will be, but hopefully I can pursue that as a professor next year.
Thanks sis for sharing your research with us here on youtube. I am so looking forward to your next project on body size. I am one of those women who was a vegan for many years and vegetarian and still struggled with weight, thyroid problems, and sometimes candida. So i am really interested to see your take on this issue. Keep up the great work. And Congrats on becoming a mother.

Homosexuality then becomes
innocent, without a peculiar, conscious intent. In fact, the
problem comes to be with those who critique sexual deviance or do
not participate in it because they are obviously socially retarded,
sexually repressed or both.

With this discovery,
fault for the homosexual sexstyle, whether blamed on individual
insanity or cultural peculiarity, cannot be leveled at its
practitioners because they are only doing what man naturally does.
There is then nothing to critique or correct or dismiss because it
is what humans have always done.
kushiteprince 3 weeks ago
This reasoning is obviously much less complicated thanit has
been made to seem. If you can make homosexuality Afrikan, you make
it human. Then it becomes a biological tendency, not a socially or
environmentally learned behavior. Then, and only then, the cultural
genes of Europeans lose their peculiarity.
kushiteprince 3 weeks ago
And this is the key to understanding why Europeans are driven to
homosexualize traditional Afrikan society. It is the political
force driving European male homosexuals, effeminates, their
sympathizers and Afrikan clones to surreptitiously plant
homosexuality in the soil of traditional Afrikan culture.

Homosexuality and pedophilia spread along with
European imperialism, as a natural expression of the unbound aggression of
missionaries, traders, diplomats, and military personnel who already embraced
that sexual persuasion. It was not limited to a particular group of the invaded
countries or kept away from certain continents being overrun by the European
hordes. During our enslavement in this society, homosexuals were as much
present with the "liberal" North as the "conservative" South.
kushiteprince 3 weeks ago
Homosexuals
(whether heterosexually married or not) and pedophiles (adults who exercise
their perversions on children, whether they be adult males who prey on boys,
adult males who prey on girls, adult females who prey on girls or adult females
who prey on boys) have never disappeared from the European social landscape.
They did not remain in Europe as Europeans invaded the world. They were the
Europeans who invaded the world.
kushiteprince 3 weeks ago
If anything, slavery would have exacerbated the prevalence
of such perversions on a captive audience. Because there is no yet discovered
written record, what would make us blind enough to believe that pedophilic and
homosexual behavior stopped at slavery's door? If anything, it would have
literally been a smorgasbord of sexual perversion for Europeans.
kushiteprince 3 weeks ago
@virtualgotogirl We must think clearly. If the pious chastity of the publicly enforced
Protestant "ethic" was unable to stop their rampant and wanton sexual
exploitation, then why would anyone believe that the privacy of a personal
kingdom could have?
