It's not confidence. It's just a spoilt brat attitude. Professionalism includes not only being a good actor but knowing how to promote your film gracefully, even if you don't feel like it or you woke up in a bad mood that day. There are loads of good actors out of a job for this guy to be behaving like that......I mean for god's sake; it's Cannes leave your attitude at home.
