However in Salina, Kansas where I'm from, they usually cancel the fireworks display if there is severe weather/high wind, or rain right before. but one year they did it an hour before due to storms moving into the area. Cool video, though!

@gunnii01 yes, that IS correct., they started fireworks right before a storm came through...looks obvious to me.
