  • Protein is a great snack for ADHD / ADDer's.. Naturally, I've leaned more towards carbohydrates. Until recently, wanting to overcome the glucose spike, I started putting protein powder (* roughly 75mg protein *) in my oatmeal.. Holds me over for a long time, and it may be placebo, but I do feel like I can concentrate more - and stay calm.

  • Thanks for sharing. I'm start my proper diet. By the way how much cals do adhd people intake. Eatting to much food may lead to extra sugar. Since food can turn into sugar as well.

  • Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find somthing to help my ADHD. I got taken off my Adderal and I'm going insane.
