i always believed that to do like 80% of breakdance moves you have to know how to flip or do handstands and being terrible at both i never knew where to start other than just tryin flips in the grass and landing on my head.

but this is really proving as a good source to begin from the very begining

Breaking moves have several names. So yes Helicopter is an accepted name, as is 1 step.

Though seriously 1 Step is a useless move you won't need it.

It's not. And no I don't even use coffee grinders. Moved onto Illusion sweeps and such. No footwork step should need both legs to move at once. This of course doesn't include fillers like Kick outs and CC's.

its honestly not that hard. Use your head a little and play around with it and youll be able to transition from any 6 step position into any other step.
