Thanks for the advices, this was my first time cutting and I didn't know to much about cutting aluminum, now I use special cutting fluids.

Try using some sort of lube. Aluminium by nature will bond to the edge of whatever is cutting it. Using lube will prevent this bonding.
Try some dish washing liquid, only a drop and see if that improves the cut finish. IT should also improve your blade life.

Did you use a wood cutting blade and lubricant as well. I am cutting a t-track to build a jig. I am not much of shops person. Any comment would be helpful. Thanks.

Just use a wood cutting blade and dry cutting .
