The NONE selection on the payment selection to set up your new account on itunes doesn't work anymore on the itunes store. My advise to people is to ues a paypal account to setup their itunes account or go and get a prepaid visa card from walmart. the cart cost 8.00 and you have to load 20.00 on it to start using the temp card. Set the account up to walmart and you will get the new walmart card with your name on it in a week. Good Luck Everyone

Thats what u gotta do to continue adding personal information. That is everywhere. When u want to install something on your pc, the first thing u must do before anything else is to tick the 'i have read and agree to the terms and conditions.' It says that because you have to do that.
