As a hooper and flow dancer, I really enjoyed watching this and studying where she places her hands and when, and how long she leaves them placed in a particular spot.

Also, this video is a lot less blurry than previous hoop cam videos that I've watched. Way easier to see where the dancer is around the hoop. Looks like your focus is good, and whoever edited this did a damn good job too.

Wow. This is cool. I wouldn't recommend viewing this if you have motion sickness, epilepsy or are just buzzed.
