Breaking news: Paul is having surgery to repair his vocal chords. I guess that's what happens when you preach Rock and Roll for 40 years. Paul, my prayers are with you and I know that you will come back stronger than ever.
Ace has, "I'm the man," written all over his face here! Sorry Vinnie, Mark, Bruce, Tommy ... the man he is. This is KISS at their most rawest and best!!! KISS never were about technical brilliance ... it was Ace's self discipline that let him down in the end. That's the tragedy of it all ... Ace needs KISS as much they need him, Gene and Paul have always known it, and yet Ace was the one who walked away. I reckon they did everything to keep him on board.
@75LetMeKnow75 Thank you for chimming in and gracing us with your ignorance. You either can't hear or don't know the words to the song but the truth is in the video. Have to face the facts. However i did say songs when i should have said song. Feel better now?
Ace can be as drunk as he wants. He was the only one at that time who still wanted to play rock. Not Dyansty, Unmasked or the Elder. Gene and Paul were in it for the money like always.
i have this whole show on tape, and it is by far the worst performance of the band.ace and peter were drunk as hell, all 4 of em messed up and it sounds terrible.this footage really shows the tensions in the band at this time.you can tell they werent getting along too well
Paul Stanley is the only perfomer that I know who can jump up in the air, do the splits hit a chord on his guitar and sing an awesome note all at the same time in 7" heels!! He is the greatest frontman in the history of rock 'n' roll!!!
i agree.i dont see how they did all that they did as well as they did in those boots.even on the reunion tour they were still doing that.all of them in their 50s and still doing all of the stuff they did in the early days, just not as fast

@wpcooper1978 technicality was what the Dynasty tour was based around unfortunatley. Read Ace's book.

Peter is supposedly stoned at this point in his career but it's Paul who can't remember the words to his own songs, lol.

It was during this tour that Peter's problems began to surface. At one of the shows, he quit drumming during this song.
