this last year in my highschool three kids died at least one was a suicide. I saw their memorium in the yearbook today...and I cried, I never knew them...but they're GONE and noone will ever hear their voices and see their smiles anymore What if this song could have saved one of them?? What if I could have talked to them, comforted them, helpd them??? why is life so harsh God??!! I know there are reasons and that this life is just unfair but WHY?!?! My heart hurts...they could have lived.
Great song it really ministered to me as a Father that God pulled out of the pit of hell.
I dedicated this song to my son Xavier to whom i was a weekend father to him for a while but by the grace of God I was able teach him about the Lord His love and Grace. Today I am a Minister of the Word and my son travels with me to other parts of the country as I share my testimony with all that want to hear it. All glory to God

I have 2 older brothers and our dad left when we were kids. We've grown up going to church, but he's never really been around that much to encourage us. I hope you find God, dad. Maybe then you'll realise how much we need you.

I dedicated and continue to dedicate this song to my now 15 year old, who decided a year ago to move back to our hometown to live with his dad. I found SDS a little over a year ago, and this song really spoke to my heart. I told my son about the song and bought him the cd and now he too is a fan. They have an incredible testimony and I continue to pray for them to keep walking in faith, as I know just how hard it is sometimes. God bless you all~!
life s verry hard isn t it ...i keep forgetting how lucky i realy am,keep forgetting howmany people actually love me..and still do, i have no understanding of this kind of suffering ,but my parents, they 2 are devorsed, my mom left me and my brother for a few months,dosn t mean she din t love us,cause she returned , yet i hope one day to raise a familie with the girl i love ,2 become a dad one day myself and my love a mom.i ll be relieved if i can be half as good a parent as mine where 2 me :-)
I am very sorry to hear of your dad's passing at such a young age, as it didn't give you the time you really needed with him. I'm glad there's a song that draws you close to him and I hope you continue to have that bond that exists even beyond death. We are all bound in Christ's love, for eternity
