Kinda funny. Number Girl reminded me so much of the Pixies, and after Kim Deal left and started the Breeders this band reminds me a ton of the Breeders. Both Toddle and the Breeders were more melodic than the original yet in many ways sounded more as we imagined the original than the original sounded themselves.

I wish Hisako would dedicate more time to Toddle than Bloodthirsty Butchers. With all due respect, Toddle is a much better band with a much better sound.
