If he was really at 20ft of altitude, he would be so low that a simple 90 degree roll would put his wingtip level with the water. He's obviously higher than that, more like 35 feet ("only" 35 feet). And I don't know where you come from, but where I live "2 people" is considerablly less than 20 feet. Three six-foot men would be 18 feet. I'm sure the pilot is well aware.

Exactly what I thought the first time I saw a T-birds show. Honestly, nothing on video can ever prepare you for it. The power and skill are just...well, you'll never use the word "awesome" in the same way again. And you don't have to be a militarist or a supporter of our foreign and war policy lately (which I'm not) to be blown away by these shows. I tell anybody who asks about them to see one whenever they can, if they haven't before. They really are beyond amazing.

NASJAX is the home of The Blue Angels ..The shows really are beyond amazing. The pilots are only allowed to be on the team for a few years due to the stress of the precision they must maintain..the wings are only about 12 inches apart when they fly in formation..

Good video, but nowhere NEAR 700 mph. Having served in the Navy in two fighter squadrons and onboard carriers I've seen numerous high speed and truly supersonic passes by both F-14's and F-18's. This pilot was doing about 500 mph. Still a cool video, though. Thanks for sharing!
