First time I saw Twister was when I was 5. And now I swear alot....Don't really think it had any effect on me other then making me deathly afraid of storms till I was 13. lol
nice example to set for your kid, stand out in the middle of the yard and videotape the approaching storm. lol I'm just kidding, my dad did the same thing with me in 1991 when a tornado almost touched down a few blocks from our hom in Burbank, IL just outside of Chicago. I wish I knew how to get that video on here...

I live in Texas andf I am very used to tornados, when the sirens go off is when you need to go in, the sirens werent going off so their fine.

We actually did watch Twister after that. I don't recommend it for younger kids, it has more swearing in it that I remembered!
