Armed Inspection at State Meet

Got a drill meat this saturday at Texas Tech. . . On the Upperclassmen drill team as a freshman. Need to be prepared. . .

they did a great job on their commands and theyre uniforms looked great as well. Some cadets did not know their stuff such as the 2nd element second cadet who was in for four years he had a few issues but other than that it was great.

i remember this competition like yesterday, the inspectors yelled at us much louder and when we sounded off in response the combined yelling was pretty intense. the main inspector was hilarious =]

yes, its part of being a cadet these soldier's take it as a treat to correct us. And we are respect them for there duties. They are trained in building conviedence so after getting yelled at you realize. "WOW I AM NOT ON TOP, I NEED TO WORK"

@seifer93 if your talking about them bobing there head down thats part of inspection arms. You have you act like your looking in the barrel to make sure it's not loaded before giving it to the inspector.

Army Feild Manual 3-21.5 chapter 5-1 bullet F.

"Facing movements are executed from order arms or sling arms... After a marching movement is completed, order arms or sling arms is commanded before the command for the facing movement."

This is HUGE in basic drill. And Ya'll were out of reg by calling a facing movement while at port.
