i live in glassell park--my neighbor just told me about this guy.

i want to attend a meeting and witness if this fellow is trying to intimidate the GPNC.

is it true that he refuses to tell his whole name??

It would be great if you could attend a GPNC meeting. Lots of interesting things are going on in our neighborhood. The GPNC needs independent thinking stakeholders.

BRADLEY is his whole name - like Prince or Madonna.

she has all the rights to be suspicious because she is the victim! that black dude should stop walking around. he seems to be guilty of what he did to the woman! bradley is a menace to the american society!

he is being targeted--because of his previous behavior--people thought they should document it.

frankly who WOULDN'T if a guy shows up and refuses to give his last name and then ends up running the meetings--he should have recused himself from any voting on subjects relating to victory outreach--since he is a very active member(which was hard to discover as he refused to give his last name)

Poor Bradley. NCRC finds: "No neighborhood council shall prohibit or otherwise restrict the broadcast of its open and public meetings in the absence of a reasonable finding that the broadcast cannot be accomplished without noise, illumination, or obstruction of view that would constitute a persistent disruption of the proceedings."
