Rose is indeed the oldest street fighter female.But since the alpha series is all pre street fighter 2 with alpha 3 almost literally being RIGHT before street fighter 2.So that's why Rose looks younger than her actual age in the alpha series.Oh and the song is kickass!

I was so pissed when I played the newest of Street Fighters. Not only had they ruined the artwork, but they even messed up half of Rose's movesets. Her soul throw was not nearly as beautiful as it was in the 2d version. I cried and began to contemplate how many uses I could make out of the game besides a violent Frisbee. So sad Capcom. So sad. That is why I will stick to being an SNK gal. Despite the fact Rose is my baby.. -Sniffle-

@TheRedMonika Well. Very rare is it that 2d fighting engines can migrate to 3d artwork. They were trying for some cell-shading artsy stuff, but in my opinion they clearly fucked up. I have seen many games with the cell-shading thing going on, but none turned my stomach so poorly as this game did.

@ZeroxShadowscape Yeah I didn't really like the art direction IV went in at all. They all looked pretty roided out, and sometimes got such silly facial expressions. I've seen some Street Fighter comics with some very nice art and style, would have been better to do something like that, lightly cell shade it and it would have looked like it was taken right off the pages of a comic.

She is not, according to her wiki page she was born in 1967 so she would be 42 today. But keep in mind that the Street Fighter games are not set in the present day, they are set around the time SF2 was first out. So she's actually much younger.
