Dude, you got some great guns, enjoying watching your vids, but man your range safety needs some work, muzzle should always be pointed down range, and not so much in this one, but others when done firiing weapon cleared and made safe.
Why the hell do you need a red dot on a shotgun? If you can't hit a person with a shotgun you have a better chance of surviving by just laying down. Put the red dot on something that will actually allow you to increase your performance. I put a holographic sighting on a 556 swat tactical and can now bust you in your ass from 200yds.
i shot slugs through my mossberg and the red dot enable me to aim very quickly without any effort, plus i dont hit my face on it and it looks bad ass...
I remember seeing your vid on the Persuader....now I'm a proud owner. It's also Southpaw friendly, so that helped in my decision process. Plus, you can never go wrong with a Mossberg.
I love my 500, I'm envious that you get to shoot targets that actually have a body shape. My rifle/shotgun range doesn't allow them at all. So no Zombie Fred targets :(

I bought a Mossberg 500 Persuader with optional pistol grip. Fantastic first firearm. Intent was for home defense, but it's a fun weapon for screwing around with. Prefer the pistol grip as recoil is then managed by the arm muscles instead of against the shoulder joint.

Wow...you're really immature. For some people they prefer a red dot sight. I don't know if you have shot a shotgun in real life but at 15 yards the shot is hardly spread out. Its not like video games portray a shotgun to be these days. Also, it is much easier to aim with a red dot while under stress. I have seen competition shotgun shooters completely miss the target while taking a tactical stress class. The shot can be even tighter if you have a shot tighter at the end of your gun.

@carolinaboysc Typical use for a 500 among civilians = home defense and encounters there are *almost* exclusively within 15 yards. As I said in my post, I understand if it's a range toy; then do whatever the hell you want with it. I concede i'm not much of a hunter, but I don't think this would be my first choice there... maybe swap out a longer barrel and a rail to aim down.
I suppose a really good reason would be you're most likely going to have a home invasion at night. So you see through the dot and can tell exactly where you're aiming. I'd rather not have one but that is a legitimate reason.

this is the best home protection shotgun IMO. Easy to use, efficient, no choke for maximum spread, and noisy. Outstanding! You buy this weapon for it's intended design, not for hunting or clay shooting. If that is what you are looking for, then ofcourse, you need something with a choke. Otherwise, the "street sweeper" is great!
Mossbergs are great but there is one bad thing about the gun. the trigger system has a unreplacable plastic part in it made like this for economical reasons, and eventually it will break and ruin the trigger. disabling the gun. In the longterm run Remington 870 tactical with is better and most 870s have 8 shells opposed to the mossbergs being a few lower

this is the best home protection shotgun IMO. Easy to use, efficient, no choke for maximum spread, and noisy. Outstanding! You buy this weapon for it's intended design, not for hunting or clay shooting. If that is what you are looking for, then ofcourse, you need something with a choke. Otherwise, the "street sweeper" is great!

Mossbergs are great but there is one bad thing about the gun. the trigger system has a unreplacable plastic part in it made like this for economical reasons, and eventually it will break and ruin the trigger. disabling the gun. In the longterm run Remington 870 tactical with is better and most 870s have 8 shells opposed to the mossbergs being a few lower

Lets get things straight here. First of all, I can honestly say I believed your comment was in fact a reply from CHASEDPIE, and I apologize for this. Second of all, I'm going on 16, and no, half of my videos are not call of duty. Most are animated videos though. However, not all were made by me, a good amount were made by my 11 year old brother. The other videos of myself are in-fact about 2-4 years old. Except for 1 which is only a year old. They were all uploaded much later in time.
