I say old fruit, whist one does positively agree with what you have said about there being a minority of individuals on youtube with a natural "Queen's English" accent, one can honestly say without a doubt (being a northern counterpart) that the posh accent also comes with arrogance, snobbery, and no sense of self reliance (the latter meaning the hierachy are all born with a silver spoon in thier mouths instead of a plastic one like everyone else). There was a time when all the British news/documentary presenters had accents like this. She used a cockney accent in part of this video, as well, and did a pretty good job with it. Although admittedly you'd be hard-pressed to find someone her age who actually has that snobby 'Queen's finest English' accent, nowadays. But, good job anyway.
