  • what cube is that?

  • Hey Try to do the cross upside down . It's much faster . I find when trying to do extended cross is slow for me so I just do the cross intuitively without looking ahead too much because thats when my time solve beats up a little bit.

  • do still sorta do the cross on top?

  • hey nice solves where did you learn the algs u r using for these solves??

  • i got the habit of doing the cross on top...i average 23 seconds...(30 out of 57 olls and full pll) i think my slow cross making is slowing me down...i can finish my cross+f2l in around 15-16seconds

    great solves i must say

  • can i know what is the alg of n perms u are using?

  • Cringed at 1:59

  • is that cubesmith bright stickers or just PVC stciker?

  • bright cubesmith stickers.

these are the best in my opinion

  • k thanks you got that cube from Korea or Japan??

  • no idea

    lol

bought them from tribox which is a japanese site, run my takafumi which is a japanese name, but the stikers were korean and ive heard that these cubes are korean

  • k thanks! I heard that Takafumi is takes a good care on the cubes but the shipping is expensive :P

  • Actually, Takafumi is AWESOME, and shipping is now free when you place a $30 order.

  • What kind of cube is that? I assume Edison, but it doesn't sound like an Edison. I bought my Edision from Takafumi... that guy is awesome. He always sends me new cores and screws because for some reason my Eddie core strips all the time to where it won't tighten all the way. I use the same stickers also, but mine only look nice for one day because my fingernails always rip them.

  • Whenever I do lower case U's, it screws up my grip of the cube, especially the G perms. Once, the cube fell onto my stackmat and then onto the ground, which broke into many pieces.

  • You should have done R' U2... on ur 1st f2l pair on your 1st solve...

  • Don't approach D turns for turning the bottom layer as a turn of the bottom layer but as a rotation of the top two layers.

  • every solve you had you solved exactly like i would sweeet

  • how fast do you average?

  • like 20s

  • @ 02:56 wouldn't (y') U R' U' R2 U R' have been a lot easier and faster?

  • maybe, i hate rotations though, it completely screws up my grip

  • yeah if you weigh the 2 possibilities up i'd rather prefer doing this little rotation in the beginning which doesn't really disturb the flow of the solution instead of doing almost double as much moves...including L turns (don't like them too much xD)

  • same with 03:10 where one could simply do U' R U R2 U' R instead of U2 R U' R' U2 R' U' R

  • Jean Pons does the cross on the top, so there's nothing wrong with it.

  • yeah i heard about that, so i think i might just keep doing cross on top :)

i tried cross on the left and that was pretty nice too

  • a lot of the solvers from Caltech and the sort use cross on left, I unintentionally do it when I solve OH.

  • So does Erik. You should check the forums more Tristan. :)

  • how long have u been cubing...ur good

  • ahh nice :D. I just need to twist faster and learn maybe alg for some special cases

  • you got a g in all three solves:P

    Great insights:)

  • on the second solve he didn't

  • Oops, my bad

  • AWESOME !!!

  • great

  • OK, NOW A REAL COMMENT.

good vid, i got some tips for sovling =)

  • i know there will be haters but......
